SHIPPING

All items that qualify for shipping will include "Shipping" at the bottom of the listing.

Please email coldstreamcollective@gmail.com after purchase to arrange shipping for your order.

Shipping is an additional fee after purchase payable by e-transfer or PayPal to coldstreamcollective@gmail.com 

Shipping must be organized within 7 days of purchase or order will be considered abandoned.

Shipping must be paid within 7 days of the provided shipping quote or the order will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned orders will be re-listed for sale or donated to charity without refund. 

Refunds will not be issued for orders made that are not willing to pay the shipping quote after purchase. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for your order to be shipped as this small business is a ‘one women show’.
Should you need an order in a rush, please feel free to contact me and I will do what I can to get your order to you ASAP.

You will be emailed with your tracking information once your order has been sent on its way! 

All sales are final.

I must provide a shipping quote personally due to the often unique and delicate nature of items in stock-I want to make sure they are effectively packaged to protect your order!

I take extreme care when packing orders, but sometimes accidents happen beyond our control.
