OKANAGAN PICKUP//DELIVERY

KELOWNA 

 Free Kelowna pickup is available 1-2 per month depending on demand from Prospera Place Parking lot.

Please email coldstreamcollective@gmail.com to confirm pickup. 

Orders must be picked up within 2 scheduled Kelowna Pickup days or 14 days from purchase in Coldstream. Orders that exceed the pickup timeline will be subject to storage fees based on items size. $5 min for small bag orders per week. $20 min per week for furniture. Storage will be possible for a maximum of 30 days unless alternative arrangements are made. Orders after that will be considered forfeit. Orders with unpaid fees will be considered forfeit after 7 days of storage fees beginning. Forfeit orders are donated or re-listed for sale without refund.

Pickup must be confirmed prior to pickup.

COLDSTREAM PICKUP

Free local pickup is available from my location in Coldstream, BC.

I am located by Coldstream Elementary School.  

Please select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout and email coldstreamcollective@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time and for pickup address.

Forfeit orders will be re-listed or donated without refund as we have limited storage space.

DELIVERY 

Delivery is available for Vernon, Coldstream, Kelowna, Lake Country, and West Kelowna for a fee based on item size and delivery location.

Refunds will not be issued for orders made that are not willing to pay the delivery quote after purchase.
